Booking Policy

PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY AS IT AFFECTS ALL BOOKINGS.

• Bookings can be confirmed by providing credit card details.
• Cancellations made between seven and thirty days before arrival will incur a charge of 25% of the cost of the entire booking.
• Cancellations within seven days will incur a charge of 100% of the cost of the entire booking.
• If we are able to resell the booking, we will refund all charges.
• We recommend guests arrange adequate travel insurance to protect them in case of unavoidable changes to travel arrangements.
